By accessing or using orbionhealth.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope

These terms govern the public marketing site only. Use of the Orbion denial management product is governed by a separate master services agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with the customer.

Permitted use

You may browse the Site for informational purposes and submit the demo request form with truthful, accurate information about yourself and your organization.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content at scale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site to violate any law or infringe the rights of others

Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, design, logo, and trademarks, is owned by Orbion Health, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license to any of it is granted by your use of the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Content on the Site is informational and is not medical, legal, billing, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbion Health, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
